We have a versatile function room to accommodate for up to 120 guests.

The newly refurbished Function Room & Bank Bar is perfect for:

The Bank Bar

As part of the refurbishment, we purchased the entire panelling, along with many fixtures and fittings of the late HSBC bank (formerly Midland Bank) in Rhayader, keeping the Bank & its history in the Town to this very day.

The Function Room is fitted with a PA System which is ideal for those late night parties.

For smaller parties or meetings, we also have the Dining Room & Downstairs Bars for more intimate events.

Catering for Functions & Events at the Lion Royal

We would be delighted to cater to your individual arrangements, whether that be a 3 Course sit-down meal or a buffet filled with the finest cakes, savoury platters & sandwiches. We will be happy to assist & advise a Menu to suit your wants & wishes.
